Patient Relations Department

Human-Centered Healthcare

At Private Çankaya Yaşam Hospital, we believe that healthcare is not limited to diagnosis and treatment. Our approach is built on making sure our patients feel safe, valued and understood, are treated with respect at every stage of their care, and are well informed about the process.

Patient rights are an essential part of receiving healthcare that respects human dignity. We therefore encourage our patients to know their rights, take an informed part in their care, and freely share their views whenever they need to.

Our Patient Rights Unit

Our Patient Rights Unit is where patients and their relatives can share their opinions, suggestions, requests and complaints about our healthcare services.

Each application is reviewed in coordination with the relevant departments, depending on its subject. Once the necessary review is complete, the applicant is informed of the process and the outcome.

We see feedback not only as a way to solve an existing problem, but also as a valuable source for improving our healthcare services.

At Private Çankaya Yaşam Hospital, feedback from patients and their relatives is regularly reviewed to improve the patient experience.
